An online booking is binding only after a written provisional confirmation. We reserve the right to reject bookings without giving any reason. A final booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail after receipt of an agreed down payment. Changes to the booking at a later time, e.g. a shortening or an extension of the booking period or a transfer of the booking to third parties is possible only in consultation with us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule single night bookings even after a confirmation, an already paid deposit will be paid back if the booking is cancelled from our side.
By confirming the booking request, we will ask you for a deposit of at least 50% (from 3 nights) and 100% (1 or 2 nights) of the total amount due. Please make sure that we have this deposit within 7 days of receipt of the provisional booking confirmation. The payment receipt on our bank account is decisive for compliance with this deadline. If the deposit is not received within this period, we consider the contractual relationship to be broken and the online booking is canceled.
Any possible balance is due in cash on the day of arrival and must be paid during check-in. The city tax (5% of the accommodation price) will also be collected in cash during check-in.
The rental period begins on the day of arrival from 2 pm and ends at 12 noon on the day of departure. Exceptions are possible after consultation with us – please let us know your preferred arrival and departure times on the booking form, so that we can plan accordingly! Check-in should be no later than 10 pm. We ask that you let us know of any changes to the check-in times (e.g. due to flight cancellations or delays) as soon as possible either by phone call or SMS. In any case, it is essential to inform us about the exact arrival time about half an hour prior to arrival at the apartment by phone call or SMS so that we can be there on time for your check-in. The hand-over of the keys takes place at the apartment together with an instruction.
A cancellation of the booking up to 3 weeks prior to arrival is possible with the deduction of a processing fee of €50.00. In the event of a later cancellation or non-arrival without a cancellation, the deposit will be withheld without deduction. For cancellations, use the cancellation form on the homepage under “Contact”.
The apartments may only be occupied by the number of persons indicated in the guest’s booking. Pets are not allowed.
The guest is liable in full for losses and damages to the apartment, the furniture, and the equipment during the period of use. We cannot be held liable for short-term breakdown of furnishings, public supply, lift or internet connection; a price reduction is excluded. The same applies to force majeure. The use of the apartment, the furnishings and the public ways and stairs is at your own risk.
In case of a loss of valuables of the guests during the stay, any liability is excluded.
The agreed rental price is the final price including one-time final cleaning, and includes all additional costs, including the provision of bed linen and towels. In the event of excessive soiling, an additional cleaning fee of €50.00 will be charged.
Filming and photographing for professional purposes in the apartments require our express consent. Private photos are permitted.
Please keep in mind the general habits inside rental houses. Disturbing noise is to be avoided after 10 pm. This applies in particular to the stairwell areas.
